I've been wanting to do this for a while. We have been extremely fortunate with our little bbq joint, and I would like to thank some folks.
Catherine Neville, you were the first to turn over the rock and find us.
Joe Bonwich, you convinced people our concept was "honorable".
Ian Froeb, Charlie Watts could take a lesson from you when it comes to banging the drum.
George Mahe, you have been, and continue to be a friend and mentor.
To everybody here, I read your comments carefully and try to implement your suggestions regularly.
In case anyone wonders why I felt the need to do this, I got a pretty cool call the other day. We're taking our little bbq gang on the road:
